HSBC Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) is a market-led, financing-focused business that provides investment and financial solutions. Within CIB, Securities Services provides robust and reliable solutions that help clients mitigate risk and enhance their business performance. Working with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, governments, and multinational corporations, this team covers fund administration, global custody, sub-custody and clearing, and corporate trust and loan agency services.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Ensure all transaction instructions are inputted, reconciled and settled correctly.
• Assist in supervising the RTA (Register Transfer Agency) team in HSBC Fund Services to ensure smooth operation to deliver highest service standard and to ensure compliance with existing local.
• Ensure all customer profile data for new and existing customers correctly as distribution agent data uploaded via S-invest
• Maintain good relationship and develop high level of services standard for Clients.
• Have good communication and relationships within team
• Proactive work to meet and whenever possible, exceed customer’s expectations added value to client to increase Investor services market share in fund industry.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Education background in any major S1
• Have a background of working in Capital Market industry or Transfer Agent at least 2- 5 years
• Good teamwork and able to work under tight timeline
• Good with numbers, meticulous and good attention to details
• Excellent with Microsoft Office is a must
