Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential customers and engage them in meaningful conversations to understand their financial needs and goals
• Provide personalized solutions and recommendations to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on the latest offerings and industry trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the telemarketing sales process and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and provide tailored solutions
• Proficient in using various software and digital tools to support sales activities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and thrive under pressure
