Job Description

摘要:

  1. Assist senior in providing quality of Hong Kong service to internal and external customers according to agreed service commitment协助上级根据约定的服务承诺,为内部和外部客户提供优质的香港服务。
  1. Perform daily Hong Kong policy administration duties and Department support duties执行日常香港保单管理工作及部门后勤工作。
  1. Assist in Hong Kong business project, system enhancement project and ad hoc projects as assigned协助香港业务项目、系统优化项目及分配的临时项目。

KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES主要任务及职责:

  1. Perform technical calculations, checking and advice according to service commitment根据服务承诺,进行技术计算、核查及提供建议。
  1. Provide support and information for investment trading and pricing就保单投资基金费用计算和保费分配基金提供价格日期建议与服务支援。
  1. Maintain and update manuals for different technical calculations and projections维护并更新不同技术计算及预测的操作手册。
  1. Monitor the service standard and prepare statistics / reports for Technical Services team on regular basis定期监控服务标准,并为部门准备统计数据和报告。
  1. Conduct data analysis and participate in business projects as assigned进行数据分析,并参与分配的业务项目。
  1. Identify and initiate system requests for automation of system functionalities and perform relevant UAT for system error / enhancement / development识别并发起系统功能自动化的系统意见与系统修改,并针对系统错误、优化及开发进行相关用户测试 (UAT)。
  1. Perform daily policy administration when need arises根据需要执行日常保单管理工作。

UALIFICATIONS资历:

  1. Degree holder in Mathematics or Statistics or related discipline; with actuarial training background is preferred拥有数学、统计学或相关专业的学位;有精算培训背景者优先。
  1. FLMI / ACS / Insurance related qualifications is preferable拥有FLMI / ACS / 保险相关资格者优先。
  1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in life insurance industry; experience in life insurance product pricing and technical services is an advantage具有至少3年寿险行业相关经验;有寿险产品定价及技术计算服务经验者优先。

KNOWLEDGE知识:

  1. Good knowledge in Hong Kong life insurance products, business operations / processes / workflow熟悉香港寿险产品、业务运营、流程及工作流程。
  1. Customer Centric以客户为中心
  1. Knowledge of Cantonese is an advantage懂粤语者优先。

TECHNICAL SKILLS技术技能:

  1. Advanced PC skills including MS Excel, Access and PC programming具备高级电脑技能,包括 MS Excel、Access 及电脑编程。
  1. Good interpersonal, planning, organizing and analytical skills具备良好的人际沟通、规划、组织和分析能力。
  1. Sound problem solving skill具备良好的解决问题能力。
  1. Self motivated, with good sense of responsibility and high degree of integrity积极主动,责任心强,具备高度诚信。
