Officer, Talent

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics for talent events and activities, such as sharing sessions, engagement events & visits, recruitment fairs, offsite meeting etc.
• Provide administrative support for the dynamic team projects and initiatives
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat from the Talent Pool Platform users in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a positive user experience for the talent pool platform
• Perform any other ad hoc assignments or projects assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Management or relevant disciplines, higher diploma holder will also be considered.
• Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience, candidate with customer service or technical support experience will have an added advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proactive and fast learner, agile in learning and applying new methodologies and technologies
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
