Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end processing, settlement, and clearing of Global Financial Markets products, including Foreign Exchange, Money Market, and Fixed Income.
• Perform daily reconciliation of trades, cash balances, and positions, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of any discrepancies.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including Front Office, Risk, Finance, and counterparties, to resolve operational issues and queries.
• Participate in system enhancement projects, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and process automation initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, industry standards, and internal risk control frameworks.
• Identify operational risks and implement effective control measures to mitigate potential losses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Business, Banking, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in treasury operations, financial market settlements, or general banking operations.
• Sound knowledge of financial market products, operational workflows, and settlement systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in banking applications and standard office productivity tools.
