We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Officer Service Relationship.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct service and operation follow SOP, Regulation and Terms Condition
  • Doing operating rhythm as Branch Operations (BOP) with integrity
  • Support business to follow up leads, approach customer potential based on their profile and needs


To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Has minimum 3-4 years working in banking
  • Hold a minimum of bachelor’s degree
  • Integrity, strong knowledge in service and operation; also strong sales driven
  • Detailed and Process oriented, strong in administration and archiving
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
