Our client is a sizable firm that focuses in innovation and technology.

Officer / Senior Officer, Talent Programmes, InnoAcademy

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of talent programmes for tertiary students and graduates by working closely with HKSTP internal teams, partner companies, universities and tertiary institutions
• Keep track of expenses, support procurement processes, and handle administrative tasks for the team
• Update and maintain programme records and documentation
• Prepare promotional materials, draft social media posts to recruit companies and talents to participate in talent programmes
• Organize different types of events and activities, such as sharing sessions, company visits, etc. for the participants
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
  

• Degree holder in Science / Engineering, Social Science, Business, Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in higher education, human resources, or youth development
• Interest in working with young people and contributing to Hong Kong’s I&T development
• Effective project management and vendor management experience
• Self-motivated, results-driven, well-organised and detail-oriented, willing to work under a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and team player 
• Good research and writing skills in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (e.g. Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere) a plus
