Job Description

Our client is a Leading Property company, engaged in property investment, rental and development, estate management and hotel operations. They are currently seeking for an Officer / Senior Officer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle building maintenance and refurbishment projects
• Conducting routine inspection and preparing inspection reports
• Supervise the contractors on site and check quality and progress of work, to ensure quality level up to standard workmanship and output
• Handle emergency cases due to breakdown of essential building services system and other issues
• Assist and work closely with building management office to provide technical supports and ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Construction, Building Surveying, Engineering or any other related disciplines
• 3 years' experience in property developers or management companies in property maintenance is preferred
• Possess Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate or Professional Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety is an advantage
• Familiar with Buildings Ordinance and Local Regulations
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently with good time management
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Familiar with AutoCAD and MS Office
