Retail Service Officer

Our Aftersales HINO team is seeking a Retail Service Officer to join our team in Hong Kong. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs, bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.

What you'll do

• Manage fleet tenders, service contracts, quotations, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Act as the primary liaison with OEM partners and internal departments to coordinate operational activities and ensure timely follow-up on business requirements.
• Handle accounts receivable billing processes and support related administrative activities.
• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Aftersales department, ensuring efficient daily operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and operational procedures, and participate in related audits or improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports, non-financial performance metrics, KPI dashboards, and frontline incentive calculations to support business decisions.
• Lead or participate in ad hoc projects, system enhancements, and business initiatives as assigned by management.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Bachelor degree holder in Business, Automotive or related disciplines
• 3-5 years relevant experience
• A good team player with positive work attitude and self-motivation
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent command of PC application experience in statistical analysis
• Holder of valid driver license no. 1 & 2 is an advantage
