Responsibilities:

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement of QMS processes through standardization, process optimization, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation.
• Develop and enhance SOPs, workflows, checklists, monitoring tools, and quality system documentation to improve operational effectiveness.
• Support QMS digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency, traceability, and reporting.
• Investigate customer complaints by collecting data, performing root cause analysis, coordinating cross-functional teams, and monitoring corrective actions.
• Analyze complaint trends and recurring issues to drive preventive actions and system-wide quality improvements.
• Support customer and internal audits through document preparation, evidence collection, audit participation, and follow-up of audit findings.
• Conduct field inspections and compliance verification in operational areas to identify nonconformities, ensure QMS adherence, and monitor corrective actions.
• Manage customer compliance activities, including completing customer questionnaires and coordinating external laboratory testing requirements.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant science/engineering disciplines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Interest in Quality Management Systems (QMS), quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with process improvement, root cause analysis, audits, or compliance activities is an advantage.
• Demonstrated interest in digitalization and the use of Microsoft 365 tools to improve business processes and reporting.
