Job Description

What effort do you need to make?

  • Data management on product and supplier information
  • Order processing and inventory management
  • Actively engage with suppliers and Warehouse in inventory management; subordinating product team in expediting stock with suppliers and communicating with Sales Team
  • Preparing correspondences in accounting and sampling
  • Administrative support to Product Team

Lets check if you are

  • Diploma or above in supply chain management or related discipline are preferred
  • Working experience in sales support, merchandizing or data management are preferred
  • Good logical thinking, mature and work independently
  • Good communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, Outlook
  • Good command in English & Chinese
