We are seeking a highly motivated Exchange Trading Platform system engineer supporting and monitoring the daily routine cycles as well as the implementation of our next generation Trading Platform.

Successful candidate will join in the Trading business unit, primary working on the Derivatives Trading platform from design through implementation. You will collaborate with a team of Business SMEs and IT professions to create a world-class, robust, scalable and innovative Derivatives Trading platform.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities:

• Analyse the technical and operational system requirements, create necessary documentations including but not limited to test plan, test condition, test case for the overall system acceptance
• Execute and verify the results of all testing cycles under tight schedule and participate into the investigation process for all issues identified
• Partner closely with cross-functional testing teams to verify the end-to-end system operational and technical readiness. Assist in the investigation and resolve any conflicts identified
• Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including IT teams and users, to achieve project and operation success.
• Undertake assignments and projects as delegated by the supervisor

Requirement:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Background in financial services / telecom industry or highly regulated organizations with exposures on platform development / transformation is a plus.
• Knowledge in trading platform, market practices and / or derivatives is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate system language into business terminology effectively in English and Chinese
