Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination and execution of all marketing initiatives to promote the branding and awareness of Kai Tak Sports Park
• Collaborate closely with retail tenants to create exclusive offers, marketing collaterals, promotional campaigns and events
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and the accuracy of promotion details
• Involve in both planning and on-site operation of all promotional events, marketing activities and campaigns
• Manage all events and marketing campaign logistics to ensure seamless operation
• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, stickers, directories, flyers, and digital content
• Support social media and digital marketing efforts, including content creation and community management
• Provide marketing research, administrative support and general clerical duties
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline
• At least 2 year of experience in marketing, communication and PR
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
• Proactive and self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude
• Able to excel in fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines
• A good team player with strong coordination & communication skills
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
