Job Description

Our client is a leading High-tech electronics consumer products company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Officer, Management Reporting and Analysis (Financial Analyst)

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and prepare the monthly rolling forecast, annual budget plan and highlight key findings to management
  • Collaborate with business units to develop accurate and realistic financial plans and forecast
  • Involve in monthly closing, including accruals entries, cost allocation, close cycle and prepare consolidated P/L report for management
  • Collect updated forecast and actual data for bi-weekly meetings for management
  • Measure actual performance of financial data (profit driver), including revenues, gross margin analysis, expense information against budgets/forecasts/yearly plan and report the variances to management
  • Participate in performing ad hoc reports from HQ / CHQ
Requirements:
  • Degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Business Studies or related disciplines,
  • With 5-8 years working experience, with 2-3 years’ solid hand-on experience on variance analysis / management accounting
  • Hands on experience in ERP system/ SAP
  • Experiences to analyze large databases will also be an advantage
  • High proficiency spoken and written in English and Cantonese
  • Well organized, meticulous, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as senior position 
  • Immediate available will be an added advantage
