Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan shipments based on product availability and refinery requirements.
  • Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare shipping documents (like SPK, DO, invoices and purchase orders).
  • Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery.
  • Maintain updated records of orders from suppliers and customers.
  • Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed.
  • Provide information to stakeholders about the order status.
  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
  • Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively.
  • Utilize logistics IT to track, monitor and give advance actionable info.
  • Manage vendors relationships to ensure deliveries according to our requirements.
  • Supervise orders and manage feedstock inventory
  • Keep logs and records of vendor performance on executed orders, optimize for cost, oil loss and on time delivery.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from any fields.
  • Previous experience in a similar industry or from the vendor side (transportation company) with a minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain Operations principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with processing Invoices, Purchase Orders, and Shipping Documents.
  • Willing to be placed in Medan.
  • Willing to work from Mon - Fri and alternat Sat (half day).
