Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Assist by recommending some guidelines
Check loan application
Review and support loan operation and loan review
Report to management with an objective of loan quality
Review loan documentation regarding to loan reject, loan renew and new loan
Take site-visit of business premise/ collateral to verify loan application
Prepare monthly loan assessment classification by type of industries, customers, proposal, and interest rate
Conduct training courses of loan policy
Suggest and recommend some techniques of non-performing loan to take effective measures
Other tasks assigned by management
Main Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields
Minimum 3-5 years Banking Industry experience related to Loan Management/ Loan Assessment
Experience in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analysis (for officer level up)
Experience in the preparation of financial schedules
Experience in building complex financial models/ratio analysis to evaluate various financial plans
Experience of leading, coaching and developing staff regarding to loan assessment
Good command in spoken and written English is required
Computer skills in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
