Job Responsibility,
1.Manage flight capacity and maximize the space
2.Prioritize and manage the cargo lying and backlog shipment
3.Ensure all cargo onboard accordingly planned
4.Customer Support - Respond to both locally and oversea agent on each enquiry
5.Customer support about the booking issued
6.Co-ordinate with all concerned parties to smooth the workflow
7.Co-ordinate if any related with planner of other countries
8. Keep the inbound-outbound cargo record
