Our client is a Leading Property company, engaged in property investment, rental and development, estate management and hotel operations. They are currently seeking for an Officer, Lease Management to join their team.

Officer, Lease Management

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of leasing, licence agreement and related duties
• Handle property and lease administration, takeover and the familiar with the property maintenance & repair work
• Handle tenants' enquiries and complaints
• Attend Management Committee and Owners' meeting and prepare report
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate or Business Administration
• 2-3 years' or above relevant experience in lease management
• Professional qualification is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS applications and PowerPoint
