
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization.
- Handle employee’s visa renewal, new joiners visa issuance and separated employee’s visa cancellation.
- Ensure all local authority company’s licenses are renewed on time.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures for administrative tasks.
- Lead efforts to maintain and improve office facilities, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and functional environment.
- Ensure high quality of services provided to all Kuwait Steel employees including but not limited to Catering, Cleaning, Clinic, gardening, accommodation, and transportation services.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Assist in budget planning and allocation for administrative and general service functions.
- Monitor expenses, review financial reports, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate invoicing and financial compliance.
- Analyse existing processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead initiatives to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Implement changes and monitor their effectiveness.
- Oversee and manage special projects related to administrative and general service functions.
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Implement and enforce health and safety measures within the organization.
- Collect and analyse data to generate reports and insights for management decision-making.

Job Qualifications:

United Steel Industrial Company (Kuwait Steel) was established in 1996 by Kuwaiti investors.In the four years that followed Kuwait Steel in collaboration with VOEST Alpine of Austria erected the first fully automated rolling mill in Kuwait. Its first rolling mill, which is built on a 40,000 square meter land area, has an annual production capacity of 750,000 metric tons of reinforcing steel bars with sizes ranging from 8mm to 40mm in diameter. Today, Kuwait Steel is composed of two rolling mill plants with a combined annual production capacity of 1.4 million metric tons and a steel making plant that produces 1.2 million metric tons per year. All steel plants are running full production capacities, catering to market demand.
