Job Description

• Prepare source data for entry by opening and sorting cases from the system,verifying and logging receipt of data
• Perform credit card account opening by entering personal details of customers as per submitted documets
• Record data by operating data entry equipment, coding information and resolving processing issues
• Update and maintain information in computer systems and archives
• Validate all information updated in the system as per instructions
• Seek continuous improvement in operational workflows to enchance job skills and competencies
• Comply with statutory requirements and operational compliance in relation to FSA,AMLA and All relevant internal policies and procedures
• Protect the organization value by keeping information confidential
• Meet the SLA for card creation and data maintenance according to the agreed timelines
• Create daily reconcilition lists
• Perform any other responsiblities or task assigned by Management from time to time

Support risk culture

1. Proactively identifies issues and emerging risks and takes swift action to resolve them.
2. Collaborate across various stakeholder group to find the best methods of communication and adhere escalation process.

3. Actively participate in risk initiative/plans and strategy to improve the control environment for Credit Card SG Ops Unit.
