The Role

Located in the Perth CBD, as the first point of contact for WA grain growers you willprovide efficient and friendly service by answering a wide range of phone queries on all aspects of CBH Group business. You may also assist with various tasks such as general administration, outbound support initiatives and other tasks designed to enhance the experience for grain growers.

You’ll be joining the team during our harvest period, supporting increased activity across the business.

Roster: Shifts vary within the team. Operating hours are from 7am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, and from 8am to 12pm Saturdays.

About you:

• Previous customer service or specific inbound call centre experience will be highly valued
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of people.
• Advanced skills in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn new computer packages
• Experience and/or knowledge of the grain industry is highly advantageous
