Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients seeking gold loan products
• Assist clients in understanding the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria for gold loan offerings
• Conduct thorough assessments of client's financial needs and recommend appropriate gold loan solutions
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of gold loan applications, including document verification and collateral evaluation
• Maintain a strong understanding of the bank's gold loan policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless customer experience
• Actively participate in sales and marketing initiatives to promote the bank's gold loan products
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients

• Proficient in using relevant banking and financial software applications
