Job Description

• Manage Alumni Feedback (Exit Survey) operations, including coordination of calling‑based and survey‑based feedback for exited employees.
• Prepare, consolidate, and share exit survey data dumps, call summaries, and feedback trackers with Group HR – People Analytics and GCC HR leadership.
• Act as a single‑point coordinator for exit feedback data, responding to urgent and time‑bound data requests from stakeholders.
• Support SurveyMonkey‑based exit surveys, including extraction of master data and coordination on technical issues (e.g., renewal or access challenges).
• Maintain calling effort summaries, response status (Responded / Not Responded / Follow‑up), and alumni feedback documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and audit readiness while sharing alumni and exit feedback information.
• Coordinate with GCC HR Help Desk team members and escalate dependencies or constraints impacting timely data closure.
