Job Posting Details

The appointee will report to the Manager/Assistant Manager (Facilities Services) on all aspects of housekeeping operations. The appointee will also be responsible for the following:

• Supervise both in-house staff and contractors to provide housekeeping services, such as cleaning, event management and sustainable initiatives planning;
• Prepare tender documents for the service contracts;
• Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and requirements in the contracts and also fulfill relevant safety and environmental protection requirements;
• Communicate with stakeholders for effective implementation of the housekeeping services on campus; and
• Responsible for the daily facilities services management work.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in facilities management, hospitality and related discipline.
• At least 3 years’ solid experience in housekeeping or facilities management.
• Smart, self-motivated with team spirit and well-organized.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) and preferably good at Putonghua.
• Perform shift duties during Saturdays/Sundays/Public Holidays whenever necessary.

(Duration: 2 years)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
