Officer, Entrepreneurship (Ideation Programme)

Responsibilities:

• Provide all-rounded administrative support including but not limited to programmes recruitment and admissions handling, assessment panel arrangement, meetings coordination and calendar management, etc.
• Compile reports and proposal for programme development and quality assurance
• Prepare marketing and promotional material for Ideation Programme
• Handle enquiries or other matters related to programme
• Maintain database, records, files, correspondence and documents
• Perform any other duties assigned

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or other related disciplines
• Prior experience in programme support, marketing and event management is preferred 
• Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• A strong team player who is self-motivated, proactive, attention to details and able to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Fresh graduate is also welcome
