JOB PURPOSE

• To perform a range of processing/administrative activities such as reconciliation of data efficiently and accurately in accordance with policies and procedure.

• To provide internal customers with a cost effective and efficient world class reconciliation service.

• To process the allocated workload within the area of operation, efficiently, accurately and within the times scales and standards set out in service level agreements, service standards and performance targets, utilizing basic systems/equipment as required

• To bring to the attention of higher levels any problems or issues identified in the course of the job holders work that might impact on the level and quality of service provided, to enable corrective action to be taken.

• To maintain awareness and comply with all aspects of policy, procedure, and statutory requirement, to maximize efficiency and minimize risk to the Group and its employees.

JOB RESPONSIBITIES

• Reconcile rosters, work schedules, time and attendance data for compliance purposes.

• Operate within defined processes, policies, and guidelines.

• Carry out any other administrative duties as required to ensure the effective operation of the unit, such as filing, maintenance of records, mail, basic maintenance of systems and equipment etc.

• Other tasks are assigned by managers.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 to 2 years' experience in process execution, data processing and operational role, highly preferable experience in Banking or Financial Service industry.

• Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Vietnamese.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Proficient in Excel, have knowledgwith PowerBI is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.

• Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Well organised with ability to prioritise tasks and meet fix timelines.

• Ability to learn new ideas and process changes quickly.
