Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist clients with account-related tasks, such as account opening, fund transfers, and balance inquiries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
• Continuously enhance product and service knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to clients
• Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
• Proficient in the use of relevant banking and customer service software and systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in the financial services industry
• Relevant experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
