WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Do you love working in an inspiring and multicultural environment? Then join our team as a parental leave substitution for one year and ensure together with us high-quality Customer Credit Risk Management (CCRM) for our EMEA customers.

  • You are responsible for credit management day-to-day operations support (I.e., overdue and blocked orders monitoring, KPI's monitoring).
  • You interacht daily with local credit analysts and assist them in the credit decision by providing end-to-end insights to limit risk exposure and losses but also ensure a favourable business flow.
  • You are familiar with customer financing and risk migration programs (I.e. Factoring, Supply Chain Financing).
  • You manage, maintain and ensure adherence of guidelines of all procedures, including compliance with BASF policies and business practices.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • ​​​​​​completed formal vocational training program in business and commerce or a comparable degree or certification
  • first professional experience in the field of Order to Cash (e.g. Credit Risk Management, Finance, Treasury)
  • good knowledge of SAP and MS Office, especially Excel
  • good communication and networking skills in English, additional German, Spanish, Italian or French language skills are a plus
  • very good organizational skills and attention to details
  • ability to analyze data for process improvements and independently solve problems

  • Gross annual salary (full-time): 35.000 - 39.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience - In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success
