Risk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank's risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximise returns against an acceptable risk profile. We partner with origination teams to provide financing, investments and hedging opportunities to our customers. To manage risk effectively and run a successful business, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
1) Data Preparation and Reporting: Assist in the preparation, validation, and submission of consumer credit data to credit bureaus in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
2) Accuracy and Quality Control: Support the team in conducting quality checks on credit bureau reporting to ensure accuracy and completeness of data inputs.
3) Reconciliation and Issue Resolution: Aid in reconciling reported data with internal records and investigating discrepancies or errors. Work with relevant teams to resolve identified issues promptly.
4) Regulatory Compliance: Learn and apply credit bureau reporting regulations and guidelines to ensure ongoing compliance.
5) Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of credit bureau submissions, acknowledgments, and any related communications or process updates.
6) Support for Audits and Reviews: Assist in gathering documentation and data for internal and external audits related to credit bureau reporting.
7) Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains in credit bureau reporting activities.
8) Ad-hoc Tasks: Undertake other tasks as assigned by the Team Lead to support the overall objectives of the department.
