Officer, Corporate Communications

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing press events for the Corporation and providing PR support for the partner companies and incubatees in Hong Kong Science Park
• Prepare a wide variety of corporate literatures and press materials, including but not limited to, press releases, speeches, media interviews Q&As and presentation materials
• Provide analysis and market sentiment monitoring through developing daily news reports for the Corporation
• Work and liaise with internal and external stakeholders in support of press engagement events
• Handle enquiries from media and general public with the aim to produce positive impact and manage reputation
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

• University graduate from 2018 onwards majoring in languages, journalism, communications or related disciplines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and result-oriented
• Proactive and a good team player who can work under pressure
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken), with ability to write clear and compelling materials
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing, etc.
