KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategic initiatives & projects
• Support and execute strategic projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
• Explore benchmarking studies and market research that guide product and communication improvement.
• Handle administrative tasks, including reimbursements and expense documentation.
Consumer quality communication
• Understand, analyze, and digest consumer feedback and technical findings into sharp, clear, actionable reports.
• Develop engaging communication materials (e.g., short videos, presentations, training content) to share insights across teams.
• Facilitate meetings and forums with global stakeholders, ensuring key takeaways and action plans are captured and aligned.
Visitor engagement & coordination
• Support preparation of materials, facilities, and arrangements to ensure a seamless experience for visitors.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Arts, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience, preferably in a multinational or complex organization like Pandora.
• Project management or planning experience is a strong plus.
• Strong skills in English and Thai communication, presentation, and storytelling.
• Able to manage stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Resilient, adaptable, and results-driven.
