CSR & Communication Officer support the execution of CSR activities and communication plans, including both Group-led and local initiatives. The position also assists in developing and promoting claim stories through PR and contributes to day-to-day marketing and communication projects.

THE JOB:

CSR Activiites & Communication Execution (60%)

• Support the coordination and execution of CSR activities (Group and local)
• Assist in preparing communication materials for CSR campaigns (internal & external)
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth implementation
• Drive staff participation and support CSR communications
• Complete all necessary and required compliance & regulation governace
• Track timelines, deliverables, and basic reporting

Corporate Communications (Customer Stories) (30%)

• Support collection and validation of customer stories cross-functionally
• Assist in drafting and adapting content into various formats
• Coordinate production with internal teams and agencies
• Support execution of communication and distribution
• Work with agencies to support media outreach and content placement
• Monitor media coverage and compile reporting

Ad-hoc Communications Support (10%)

• Support development of communication materials across formats
• Assist in coordination of projects and campaigns
• Support urgent or emerging communication needs

THE PERSON:

• BA degree holder in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences & Humanities.
• At least 1–2-year experience in Communications & Marketing planning & execution
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong creativity and copywriting skills, with the ability to develop clear and compelling corporate narratives
• Strong communication, interpersonal, project management, and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Solid understanding of marketing and communications principles and practices
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
