Specific Role Responsibilities

• Collection of portfolio commissions
• Handle incoming and outgoing trailer fees, both calculations and payments; validate trailer fees outputs
• Maintenance of conditions based on contracts and fund lists
• Conduct controls on usability of client fee databases
• Checking external calculations and complaints
• Monitoring incoming payments
• Creation and dispatch of counterpart’s calculations
• Payment to customers
• Data management of commission rates
• Recording and updating commission rates (trailer fees, listing fees)
• Request missing commission rates to counterparts
• Edit error listings reports
• Incoming and outgoing mails
• Creation of client invoices
• Client set up (contracts, settlement, fees)
• Creation of monthly/quarterly reports for Accounting (Receivables & liabilities, Depot Volume, Ad-hoc report)

Experience required

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or economics or relevant experience in investment fund industry
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar environment, ideally in a fund platform
• Knowledge of trailer fees, platform fees and accounting skills is desirable
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving approach with a sense of urgency
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy whilst focusing on productivity
• Good interpersonal skills and strong team spirit
• Pro-active attitude with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English. German is a Plus.
