Job Duties:

Responsibilities:

• Handle emailand phoneenquiries fromHKEX clientsin a timely manner
• Act as HKEX administrator to grant / change / remove company and user access to various HKEXportals and systems
• Provide supportin user onboarding and liaise with IT in arranging ExternalUserTestingaccess forFINI users
• Perform administrative tasks and assist team members in ad-hoc tasks
• Provide support to Access Management systemenhancement and participate in User Acceptance Test

Requirements:

• University degree or above
• 1-2 years of working experience in the financial industry, with a preference for roles related to Client Services and/or Operations
• A team-player attitude andself-driven learning mindset
• Great self-organisation, task prioritisation, attention to detail and strong problem solving skill
• Knowledge in securities finance customer services with exposure to Hong Kong and Mainland markets is welcomed
