As a Centre Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing professional front-line support, answering enquiries and providing accurate information to customers via the phone, email and internet.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Compliance

  • Adherence to shift schedule
  • Handle enquiries promptly from calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Manage the shared mailbox, ensuring all incoming mails are handled within stipulated timelines.
  • Maintain customer response templates and ensure accuracy in all verbal and written communication.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
  • Achieve service level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Audit & Project Support

  • Support audit-related administrative tasks by compiling required information
  • Support project or roles for the overall efficiency and smooth operation of the Business Operations Department.

Job Requirement:

  • GCE 'O' level holder and above
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in handling incoming calls in a contact centre environment.
