The Opportunity
This position is mainly responsible for managing medical stocks in Cox’s Bazar medical warehouse, including routine maintenance and cleaning of the store, product quality check, preparing and receiving medical orders, TIM Entry, picking all orders for the health program, partner organization and Health sectors. S/he will ensure the placement of proper pharmaceutical logistic management information system in all the project areas and assist in ensuring Quality Assurance in medicinal and supply management. S/he will also maintain proper storage condition, temperature and humidity for medicine warehouse/store and cold chain items and ensure that procedures of drug supply chain meet Save the Children and donor rules and regulations. Time to time check medical equipment and Air Conditioner. S/he also responsible for periodical check and reporting of pharmaceutical product including Medicine, medical supplies and consumables and coordinate with different stakeholders at Cox’s Bazar and Dhaka.
