Join Citi's Transaction Services team as a Cash & Trade Processing Intermediate Analyst, where you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of transactions across cash and trade operations. Responsibilities

• Produce customized transaction services reports by analyzing operational data to inform business decisions and support client deliverables.
• Monitor transaction workflows and investigate errors to maintain adherence to audit standards and internal control policies.
• Resolve transaction processing issues by applying technical expertise and conducting thorough analysis of complex operational scenarios.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients and vendors to anticipate needs and deliver accurate, timely transaction outputs.
• Develop and recommend operational strategies by drawing on a comprehensive understanding of how the Cash & Trade team interacts across business functions.
• Support the onboarding of new team members by providing day-to-day guidance and sharing knowledge of operational processes.
• Evaluate risk considerations in operational decision-making, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and ethical standards, and escalating control issues with transparency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience in trade or cash operations management, with direct involvement in transaction processing or related functions.
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Strong analytical capability, with a demonstrated ability to interpret operational data and translate findings into actionable outcomes.
• Effective relationship management skills, with a track record of coordinating across teams and functions to achieve shared objectives.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and Windows operating environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 具備較強的分析能力，能夠解讀業務數據並將分析結果轉化為可執行的業務方案。
• 具備有效的關係管理技能，能夠跨團隊、跨部門協調合作，共同達成業務目標。
• 精通 Microsoft Office 套件、MS Project 及 Windows 作業環境。
• 具備學士學位或同等專業工作經驗。
