• Revenue Invoicing – Ensuring accurate and timely raising of revenue invoicing with zero revenue leakage 
• Compliance - Complying all taxation and statutory obligations related to revenue invoicing
• Customer Satisfaction - 100% Customer satisfaction by timely resolution of customer queries
• System Up-gradation and automation, Process standardisation and strengthening
• Ensuring timely and accurate revenue invoicing with no revenue leakage.
• Co-ordination with Marketing/Business Team for any issues related to contracts
• Co-ordination with Operation and Documentation team for any queries
• Ensure internal checks and control systems are being adhered and aligned
• Ensuring Credit note/Debit note generations with required workings and in line with internal approval process.
• Ensure tax compliances and others like IFC, Legatrix
• Co-ordination with customers and other related stakeholders to resolve their queries 
• Providing inputs for system ugradation and standardisation and play active role in implementation
• Preparation of MIS, Monthly Reports and provision at the end of the month
• Attending and resolving queries of auditors. 
• Internal Process Standardization 
• Digitization and system upgradation wherever required
