Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
• Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend appropriate products and services to customers
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch's customer base
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
• Collaborate with other teams within the bank to deliver seamless and integrated solutions to customers
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and the bank's product offerings to provide informed advice to customers

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers
• Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in using relevant banking systems and technology
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
