INSEAD is seeking an Officer admissions, to join our Degree Programmes department. This is a full-time, permanent contract position based at our Asia Campus in Singapore. A hybrid working model is in place – 3 days on campus, 2 days from home.

The Degree Programmes team at INSEAD is dedicated to delivering world-class educational experiences across our renowned MBA, EMBA, and specialized Master's/Executive Master's programmes. About the job

The Officer, Admissions for our Degree Programmes plays a critical role in the applicant’s journey, managing the relationship between candidates and INSEAD. As such, the job holder establishes an advisory position with the applicants from the time they apply, to their arrival on campus for registration. S/he ensures the effective, accurate and timely processing of candidates’ applications as well as provide friendly, efficient and high-quality guidance and service to the candidate.

Your role within the team

Candidate Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, providing guidance and support throughout the admissions process to foster strong and lasting relationships.

Data computing, collection & validation:

  • Ensure the accurate collection of candidate data and validate required admission tests, language qualifications, legal documents, and other necessary documents to meet program requirements.

Collaboration & Candidate Experience:

  • Collaborate with the Degree Programmes Admissions Team to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for candidates before and throughout the admissions journey.

Campus Engagement:

  • Organize and facilitate campus visits for prospective applicants and admitted candidates, providing them with an opportunity to explore the institution and interact with the community.

Retention & Diversity Efforts:

  • Contribute to retention initiatives such as increasing female participation, improving diversity, and supporting onboarding events and activities to enhance the overall student experience.

The ideal candidate profile

  • A minimum of 3 years work experience in an administrative or operational role in an international environment
  • Strong sense of service and customer orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (oral, written, listening)
  • Good team-playing skills and cross-cultural understanding
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with ability to adapt and be flexible
  • Resourceful across teams and able to take initiatives in solving problems
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Discretion and respect of confidentiality
