行政专员岗位职责
一、行政管理能力
餐厅管理：统筹各厂区员工餐厅的运营，建立菜品研发、成本核算、卫生监管体系，实现员工就餐满意度≥80%
清洁管理：搭建标准化清洁作业流程，覆盖办公区、生产车间、公共区域等全场景，建立季度第三方评估机制，确保厂区环境良好
车辆管理：负责商务车、厂区穿梭车的调度、维保、油耗管控，建立车辆使用台账与司机绩效考核体系，保障通勤与公务用车需求响应
办公环境管理：统筹办公室座位规划与动态分配，建立工位申请-审批-调整全流程机制，确保各办公室工位分配合理；负责厂区绿化养护与环境提升，打造舒适办公氛围
二、决策支持与方案输出
针对行政各模块管理痛点，每月输出数据分析报告与优化方案，如：餐厅菜品调整方案、清洁区域效率提升方案、车辆节能降耗方案等，为上级决策提供数据支撑
主导行政体系优化项目，如：多厂区行政服务标准化建设、行政数字化管理系统搭建等，推动行政工作从被动服务向主动管理转型
负责行政预算编制与成本管控，建立年度行政预算模型，通过流程优化、供应商谈判等方式实现年度行政成本下降
三、基本条件
本科及以上学历，行政管理、工商管理等相关专业
3年以上大型制造业行政后勤管理经验
五、技能要求
精通餐厅、清洁、车辆、办公环境管理等行政模块的运营流程，能独立搭建标准化管理体系
具备较强的数据分析能力，能通过数据发现管理问题并输出优化方案
精通行政预算编制与成本控制，能独立完成年度预算制定与执行监控
熟悉行政相关法律法规，具备良好的合规管理能力
具备良好的沟通协调能力，能与内部各部门、外部供应商及政府部门有效沟通
具备较强的问题解决能力，能快速响应并处理多厂区行政突发问题
