The Position

• 引领神经科学 (NS) 大型会议及活动的卓越规划、高效执行与闭环落实

• 主导神经科学团队的财务精细化管控与预算预警，确保资源投放有效

• 落实合规运营，全面管控团队合规风险，并持续优化复杂的内部业务流程

主要职责 / 责任

主导 (Lead)

• 卓越会议统筹：全面主导神经科学年会 (Cycle Meeting)、年中会 (Annual Meeting)、季度业务回顾 (QBP)、团队管理会及高规格全球团队访华的端到端后勤统筹；确保关键会议的待办事项追踪闭环，推动团队战略优先事项的高效执行

• 财务精细化管控：全面管理 OPEX 费用预算规划；整体把控各团队的费用使用节奏，确保资源的最优分配

• 核心业务流程优化：深度优化并切实解决业务实操中的流程痛点

• 团队文化与文化传播：通过将“长期主义”和正能量文化融入日常运营细节，提升员工凝聚力与敬业度，在内部平台积极树立并传播神经科学的品牌形象

• 全面合规风控管理：紧跟公司合规政策，督促全员 100% 按时完成合规培训；确保所有行政与财务报销流程严格遵循罗氏行为准则，实现“零违规运营”。

支持 (Support)

• 核心人才发展支持：跨职能高效协同，为部门核心高潜力人才发展项目提供教务支持及行政闭环

• 高效日程管理：高效管理治疗领域负责人 (FH) 的日常行程与内外连接，负责日常报销及团队的其他行政事务
