Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly sales and purchasing journals
- Complete and submit tax forms to the tax department
- Enter data into the Tax System and ensure timely reporting
- Investigate and resolve tax filing errors
- Advise customers on tax impacts, compliance, and regulations
- Manage company stock & inventory (if applicable)
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1+ years of experience as a Tax Accountant, Analyst, or Preparer
- Knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, and tax procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks
- Strong numeracy and communication skills (English & Chinese preferred)
- Fast learner and trustworthy
