Job Description

What you will do :

  • Manage comprehensive corporate secretarial services, including preparation of board and general meeting documentation, minutes writing, resolution drafting, and statutory compliance matters for portfolios of varying complexity.
  • Conduct compliance reviews and risk assessments, including client due diligence (CDD) verification, bad press and world checks, PEP identification, and serviced entity risk rating (SERR) evaluations to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Draft and process legal documentation and agreements, including loan agreements, capital/share premium contributions, dividend distributions, and statutory changes whilst maintaining accuracy and compliance standards.
  • Process financial transactions and banking operations, including payment instructions, bank account opening, signatory changes, and transaction monitoring with minimal supervision.
  • Provide quality assurance oversight of junior staff work, review compliance documentation, and prepare supporting notes and memoranda for management committees and senior officers.

Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • You hold a degree and/or related professional qualification

Professional Experience:

  • You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Corporate Administration and Secretarial matters
