Responsibilities:

职位概述**

负责公司机械设备的日常运行、维护保养及故障排除，确保设备高效、安全、稳定运行。

岗位职责**

* 遵守公司安全规程和操作规范，确保个人和设备安全。
* 负责机械设备的日常巡检、保养和润滑工作，记录运行数据和保养情况。
* 诊断并排除机械设备的常见故障，进行部件更换和维修。
* 参与设备的定期检修和预防性维护工作，提高设备可靠性。
* 熟悉并掌握所负责设备的结构、原理和性能，提升维修技能。
* 配合生产部门，确保设备的正常运行，减少停机时间。
* 填写维修工单和报告，准确记录故障原因、维修过程和结果。
* 参与新设备安装调试工作，学习新设备操作和维护技能。
* 完成上级交办的其他相关工作。

任职资格**

* 机械、机电一体化相关专业中专及以上学历。
* 具备3年以上机械设备维修保养经验，有大型生产企业工作经验者优先。
* 熟悉液压、气动系统原理及故障诊断。
* 具备良好的机械识图能力，能看懂机械图纸。
* 熟悉机械设备的安全操作规程，具备安全意识。
* 具备较强的学习能力、动手能力和解决问题能力。
* 身体健康，吃苦耐劳，适应倒班工作。
* 具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力。
* 持有相关职业资格证书者优先考虑。
