We’re looking for an Office Support Administrator to join our Auckland Regional business in Penrose. You’ll support our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams, keep the office running smoothly, and help the wider team stay organised and moving. It’s a great entry-level opportunity to build your career while doing Good Work with a flat, friendly team.

Mō te tūranga | About the role

This is an entry-level role, supporting both finance and day-to-day office administration. You’ll work across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reception cover, and general office coordination, with plenty of variety in your day. It’s a role where the details matter, relationships count, and your support helps the wider business deliver Good Work.

Ngā kawenga matua | Key responsibilities

  • Support the accounts team with invoices, statements, purchase orders and subcontractor payment claims.

  • Maintain accurate customer and vendor records, including setups, credit applications and data updates in JDE.

  • Assist with accounts receivable tasks such as sales invoices, credit notes and credit control activity.

  • Coordinate general office administration, including supplies, kitchen upkeep, courier support and reception cover when needed.

  • Provide administration support across the wider commercial, project and office teams.

  • Strong data entry skills and confidence picking up new systems, with JDE experience a bonus.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, accountable approach to getting things done.

  • Clear communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across the business.

  • Good organisation and time management, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

  • A team-focused attitude, willingness to pitch in, and a genuine interest in learning and growing.
