Office Services Specialist - On CallThe Office Services Specialist – Mail Services is an on-call position responsible for supporting mailroom operations as needed. This role is utilized to cover last-minute call-outs as well as planned absences such as vacations. Weekly hours may vary significantly based on operational needs and can range from 0 to 40 hours per week, with an average of approximately 8 hours per week.
This position requires a high level of flexibility and availability, including the ability to respond to short-notice scheduling changes. There are no guaranteed hours, and work assignments are based entirely on business need. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking occasional or supplemental work, including those who may have stepped away from the workforce and are looking for a flexible way to re-engage.
When scheduled, the Office Services Specialist ensures the efficient and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing mail and packages, participates in all mailroom operations, and supports overall office services functions as needed.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $20.40 - $24.00
