
We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Services Coordinator atUL Research Institutes and UL Standards & Engagement, based in our Evanston, IL office. The Office Services Coordinator provides customer service and administrative support for the headquarters of UL Research Institutes (ULRI) and UL Standards & Engagement (ULSE). This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment that supports daily operations and enhances the experience of both employees and visitors.
The Office Services Coordinator plays a key role in upholding facility standards across multiple floors, preparing and managing meeting spaces, supporting catering and events, and assisting with front desk responsibilities as needed.

What you’ll learn and achieve:
As the Office Services Coordinator you will play a key role in the rapid growth of ULas you:
Deliver friendly, professional service with a positive and helpful attitude.
Maintain cleanliness throughout office spaces, including common areas and workrooms.
Ensure conference rooms remain tidy, organized, and ready for use throughout the day.
Redistribute and level glassware across designated floors as needed.
Remove trash when required and ensure waste areas remain orderly.
Identify and report areas requiring deep cleaning or maintenance attention.
Put away dishes, maintain orderly kitchenettes, and ensure supplies are stocked.
Level blinds consistently throughout all four floors.
Restock and maintain office supply inventory to support daily operations.
Assist with multi‑purpose room setup for events, meetings, and activities.
Provide support for catering setup, replenishment, and clean‑up.
Offer front desk coverage and assistance as needed to ensure a smooth visitor and employee experience.
Perform other duties as directed.

Professional education and experience requirements for the role include:
Higher Secondary Education (High School Diploma) and generally one year of customer service experience.
