What you'll do :
Greet customers, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Process customer payments.
Assist in processing sales recaps and supporting sales desk duties.
Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
Prepare and maintain records, reports, and office documents.
Order and maintain office supplies

You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
You are professional, friendly, and committed to providing excellent service.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
