We are seeking an Office Services Clerk to join the team in our Toronto office.
We are seeking an Office Services Clerk to support the Copy Center & Mailroom in delivering day-to-day services, including copying, scanning, document production, office supplies and equipment support, reception, and host services.
The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, a positive and client-focused attitude, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of the Office Services & Facilities team. Flexibility is essential to accommodate business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate high-volume printers, including clearing paper jams, replacing toner, and ensuring print jobs are completed accurately and on time.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat for creating, editing, and managing documents.
• Document finishing, including binding, stapling, laminating, folding, and preparing materials for distribution.
• Work under tight deadlines, while maintaining accuracy and delivering high-quality work.
• Daily mail pick-up and inter-office delivery, and processing requests for sending mail and packages using Canada Post, local and international courier services.
• Send outgoing faxes and forwarding incoming faxes to appropriate lawyer and assistant.
• Order office supplies and maintaining adequate supply.
• Prepare workstations for new hires and assist with internal office moves. Setting and cleaning up the office and boardrooms for client meetings and events.
• Provide audio and visual set-ups and support for the Conference Centre meetings.
• Provide support and direction to AV technicians in other offices for firm events.
• Providing end-user support for web-based meetings (MS Teams, Zoom and Webex).
• Provide assistance and coverage for other members of the Offices Services & Facilities team as needed (including reception, hostess, records management, etc.).
What You'll Bring:
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one years’ experience in a similar office environment with previous experience in a law firm considered an asset.
• Organization and planning.
• Excellent customer service.
• Team player.

Compensation:

We offer a market-leading total rewards package with the expected range of the annual salary to be between $41,842 - 52,302.

The final salary is influenced by the location of the incumbent and may fluctuate based on the qualifications, skills, and market considerations, ensuring alignment with internal and external pay equity standards.
